Dr. Yeong-Ho Woo The President of Futures Market Division, Korea Exchange |
- Dr. Yeong-Ho Woo was inaugurated as the President of Futures Market Division at Korea Exchange(KRX), the newly consolidated exchange of Korea, in January 2005. Before he assumes the current position, he has been working for about 10 years as the vice president of Korea Securities Research Institute (KSRI), a major think-tank specialized in providing policy guidelines and researches for developing capital market as well as derivatives markets in Korea.
- Related to derivatives markets, he has been serving as amember for the Futures and Options Market Development Committee. Especially Dr. Woo was instrumental in launching the KOSPI 200 futures and options markets and has played a key role for success of the both markets.
- He studied Business Administration at the Seoul National University (1971-1975) and obtained a Ph.D.in Finance from the State University of New York at Buffalo (1982-1988).

Mr. Ang Swee Tian President, Singapore Exchange LTD
|
- Mr. Ang Swee Tian, aged 57, graduated from the Nanyang University in Singapore with a First-Class Honours Degree in Accountancy in 1970. He was conferred a Master Degree in Business Administration with distinction by the Northwestern University in 1973.
- Mr. Ang served in several departments in the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS). He was the Head of the Money Market Division in the Banking Department in 1976/1977 and was the Deputy Insurance Commissioner in the Insurance Commissioner¡¯s Department.
- Mr. Ang was appointed the General Manager of the Singapore International Monetary Exchange Limited (SIMEX) in 1983 and was promoted to the post of President in 1989.
- Following the formation of the Singapore Exchange Limited (SGX) on 1 December 1999 which integrates the operations of SIMEX and the Stock Exchange of Singapore, Mr. Ang has been appointed the President of SGX.

|
- Sharon Brown-Hruska was designated by President Bush to serve as Acting Chairman of the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) on July 26, 2004, and served as Acting Chairman until July 11, 2005.
- She served as a member of the President¡¯s Working Group on Financial Markets, is a member of the Financial Literacy and Education Commission, and is the Chairman of the CFTC¡¯s Technology Advisory Committee.
- She holds a Ph.D. in economics (1994) from Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, Virginia. Dr. Brown-Hruska has authored numerous scholarly and applied papers based on her research in the areas of derivatives and market microstructure. She recently published articles in the The Euromoney Derivatives & Risk Management Handbook, Swiss Derivatives Review, and the Futures and Derivatives Law Report. She was awarded the Key Women in Energy's Global Leadership Award in 2004.
- Prior to coming to the CFTC, Dr. Brown-Hruska was an Assistant Professor of Finance at George Mason University¡¯s School of Management (1998 ?2002) and the A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University (1995-1998). Courses taught by Professor Brown-Hruska included Risk Management and Financial Innovation, International Finance, Venture Capital and Private Finance, Investments, and Financial Markets.

| - He has served as Trust Counsel at Harris Bank and as Vice President at Chicago Mercantile Exchange. He now serves on the Advisory Board of the Chartered Alternative Investments Analyst Association, the Review Board of the Journal of Indexes, on the steering committees for the Futures Industry Association Expo and for QWAFAFEW(Quantitative Work Alliance for Applied, Finance, Education Wisdom)-Chicago.
He is a licensed attorney-at-law who has received an M.B.A. and Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois.

- Prior to joining the CBOT? in 1983, Patricia was a Sales Specialist for the Bell System Sales Center in Kansas City, a division of the former A.T. & T. Long Lines, which specialized in providing communications services to small and mid-sized businesses.
- Patricia holds an M.B.A. in Marketing and Finance from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University, and a B.S.J. in Advertising, also from Northwestern.

| - George Martin is currently Chief Research Officer at Gyre Capital Management, LLC, an asset management firm that specializes in providing innovative solutions across alternative investment classes.
